摘要
滚动轴承是超精密机械关节,被誉为“工业粮食”。轴承制造质量的好坏可以衡量一个国家的工业水平。在工业生产中,各种机械设备的运动,都是轴承在工作,轴承的性能好坏对于机械设备的运转具有重要的影响。文章从滚动轴承的制造精度入手,分析轴承制造精度对振动和噪声的影响,运用归类总结分析的方法,得出轴承旋转精度、加工工艺与振动噪声值的关系,利用该关系可定量得到满足振动噪声值要求时,轴承旋转精度和加工工艺应该如何控制和优化,为轴承的有效运行提供了基础条件。
Rolling bearings are ultra-precision mechanical joints,known as"industrial food".The quality of bearing manufacturing can measure the industrial level of a country.In industrial production,the movement of various mechanical equipment is the work of bearings,and the performance of bearings has an important impact on the operation of mechanical equipment.This paper starts with the manufacturing accuracy of rolling bearings,analyzes the impact of bearing manufacturing accuracy on vibration and noise,and uses the method of classification and summary analysis to obtain the relationship between bearing rotation accuracy,processing technology and vibration noise value.Using this relationship,it can be quantitatively obtained how to control and optimize bearing rotation accuracy and processing technology when the vibration noise value is met.The basic conditions are provided for the effective operation of the bearing.
