摘要
文章针对某型民用飞机因金属陶瓷片变形而导致刹车毂失效的故障现象,分析了金属陶瓷片的厚度与磨损情况对刹车毂失效的影响,并对金属陶瓷片的硬度和微观金相组织进行了对比分析。结合磨耗数据统计,探究了该型号刹车装置的失效机理,揭示了导致刹车装置失效的影响因素,可为后续解决此类故障提供理论支撑。
This article focuses on the fault phenomenon of brake hub failure caused by deformation of metal ceramic plates in a certain type of civil aircraft.The influence of the thickness and wear of metal ceramic plates on brake hub failure is analyzed,and the hardness and microstructure of metal ceramic plates are compared and analyzed.Based on data statistics,explore the failure mechanism of the brake device of this model,reveal the influencing factors that cause the failure of the brake device,and provide theoretical support for solving such faults in the future.
