摘要
以某跨径为40m+103m+120m+47m=310m下承式提篮吊杆拱桥为工程背景,基于有限元软件Midas Civil进行施工过程分析,并根据现场测试数据修正吊杆的无应力长度。在现场实测和有限元分析的有效结合下,明确了下承式拱桥体系转换过程的关键施工控制参数,提出的考虑施工安全、经济性的体系转换方案能够有效实现从临时支架承担受力转向拱肋受力的过程,可以为类似工程提供借鉴。
Based on the engineering background of a through type basket suspended arch bridge with a span of 40m+103m+120m+47m=310m,the construction process was analyzed using the finite element software Midas Civil,and the stress free length of the suspension rod was corrected based on on-site test data.Through the effective combination of on-site measurement and finite element analysis,the key construction control parameters for the transformation process of the through arch bridge system have been clarified.The proposed system transformation plan considering construction safety and economy can effectively achieve the process of shifting from temporary support to arch rib stress,which can provide reference for similar projects.
