锌渣再生炉窑改造实践

摘要 针对原有锌渣再生系统存在的精馏塔寿命短、颗粒排放不达标等问题,在炉窑大修时,实施了精馏塔长寿改造、烟气排放改造措施等。同时,采用节能增效技术,控制投资,最终以较少的工程费用完成了系统改造。精馏塔寿命由6个月延长至9个月,颗粒排放物由12mg/m^(3)降至5.5mg/m^(3),能耗由920kg/t降至870kg/t,实现了炉窑系统寿命延长、能耗降低、环保水平提高的预期效果。 In view of the problems of short service life of distillation tower and non-compliant particle emissions in the original zinc slag regeneration system,longevity transformation of distillation tower and flue gas emission transformation were implemented during furnace overhaul.At the same time,energy-saving and efficiency enhancing technologies were adopted,and investment was controlled so that systematic transformation was ultimately completed with less engineering costs.As a result,the 3 lifespan of distillation tower has been extended from 6 months to 9 months,particulate emissions have decreased from 12 mg/m^(3) to 5.5 mg/m^(3),and energy consumption has decreased from 920 kg/t to 870 kg/t,achieving the expected effects of extending the lifespan of the furnace system,reducing energy consumption,and improving environmental protection level.
