摘要
针对西门子42000 kW高压同步电机现场运行时放电问题,通过对电机结构和材料的研究,采用多股并联导线在铁芯槽内进行交叉编织换位技术,以及绝缘减薄、端部弯曲胀型等线圈制作工艺,恢复了电机的技术性能,为此类电机维修提供了参考。
This paper focuses on the discharge problem of Siemens 42,000 kW high-voltage synchronous motor during on-site operation.Through the study of the structure and material of the motor,multiple parallel wires were used for cross weaving and transposition technology in iron core slot,as well as coil manufacturing processes including insulation thinning,end bending and expansion.As a result,the technical performance of the motor is restored and reference for maintenance of such motors is provided.
