摘要
“健康中国2030”是中国政府提出的一个全面健康发展的战略目标。食品营养学教学在“健康中国2030”中扮演着重要的角色。基于“健康中国”背景旨在探索食品营养课程教学模式,提出双元模式、问题导向学习(problem-bared learning,PBL)和实践导向学习3种创新的教学模式。这些教学模式的提出有利于满足“健康中国2030”的需求,培养具备食品营养专业知识和实践能力的人才。同时,该研究还指出新教学模式的实施需要大量资源和支持,这些新教学模式的成效需要开展长期的评估和改进工作。
“Healthy China 2030”is a comprehensive health development strategic goal proposed by the Chinese government.Nutrition education plays a crucial role in the context of“Healthy China 2030.”Based on this backdrop,the article aims to explore teaching models for food and nutrition courses,proposing three innovative teaching models:a dual-system model,Problem-Based Learning(PBL),and practice-oriented learning.The introduction of these teaching models is beneficial in meeting the demands of Healthy China 2030 and cultivating talent with professional knowledge and practical abilities in food and nutrition.At the same time,the study also notes that the implementation of new teaching models requires substantial resources and support,and the efficiency of these new models need to be evaluated and improved over the long term.
