摘要
主要介绍了水封槽在7.65 m顶装焦炉焦侧除尘系统应用中的优缺点。针对水封槽焦粉易沉积、U型管检修不便等问题提出了改进意见,可为水封槽的设计优化提供思路,有利于水封槽在焦侧除尘系统的广泛使用。
This paper mainly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the application of water seal pot on coke side dedusting system of 7.65 m top-charge battery.This paper proposed solutions to the problems in water s eal pot,such as coke dust deposition and inconvenient m aintenance of U-shaped pipe,etc.,bringing an idea of optimization for the water seal pot design,which is conducive to further extensive use for C.S.dedusting system.
