摘要
通过分析换向周期内下降气流立火道温度变化规律,结合交换机的交换过程,阐明了焦炉冷却温度开始测量的时刻,也就是换向后下降气流立火道温度最高的时刻。同时提出了关于焦炉冷却温度的几个误区,并结合实例给出了确定冷却温度的具体方法。
The paper,based on the temperature variation pattern of down flue gas in reversing cycle and the working mechanism of reversing machine,aims to clarify the timing for measurement where the temperature of vertical flues starts to drop,i.e.the point where the temperature of down flue gas after reversing is at the peak.It also points out the misunderstandings of vertical flue cooling temperature and specifies the method of determining the cooling temperature in real operation.
