摘要
目的:分析在中年女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)治疗中应用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪的效果,并探究经会阴超声评估治疗效果的价值。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年11月南阳市第二人民医院收治的94例PFD患者作为研究对象,采用摸球法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组各47例。对照组实施常规盆底康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪,使用经会阴盆底超声评估治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.424,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者尿道旋转角、膀胱后角、膀胱移动度、最大Valsalva动作下肛提肌裂孔面积均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.543、7.159、15.674、10.368,P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组患者生活质量各项内容评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=20.041、8.736、20.951、12.541、15.678,P<0.001)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.557,P<0.05)。结论:经会阴盆底超声评估,在PFD患者中应用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪的效果显著,能快速改善患者的盆腔功能参数与生活质量,同时降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of neuromuscular stimulation therapy equipment in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)in middle-aged women,and to analyze the value of perineal ultrasound evaluation of treatment effect.Methods:94 patients with PFD were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine pelvic floor rehabilitation training,while the observation group received combined use of a neuromuscular stimulation therapy device.The treatment effect was evaluated using perineal pelvic floor ultrasound.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group(χ^(2)=4.424,P<0.05).After treatment,the rotation Angle of urethra,posterior bladder Angle,bladder mobility and hiatus area of Valsalva-levator anal muscle in observation group were also smaller than those in control group,with statistical significance(t=7.543,7.159,15.674,10.368;P<0.001).After treatment,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.041,8.736,20.951,12.541,15.678;P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.557,P<0.05).Conclusion:Perineal pelvic floor ultrasound evaluation shows that the application of neuromuscular stimulation therapy equipment in PFD patients is significant,which can quickly improve the pelvic functional parameters and quality of life of patients,while reducing the incidence of complications.
