摘要
目的:经血管内超声(IVUS)评价丹蛭冰麝复方中药单体胶囊干预经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后再狭窄效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年10月样本医院收治的80例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。两组患者在围术期均接受常规药物治疗,观察组患者在此基础上应用丹蛭冰麝复方中药单体胶囊。比较两组患者疗效情况、再狭窄程度、血瘀症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:PCI术后,两组患者胸痛、胸闷等心绞痛主症均消失,原心电图ST-T提示有明显改善或正常,观察组患者心绞痛再次发作率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.038,P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组患者再狭窄率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。IVUS结果显示,观察组患者左主干最小管腔面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=28.479,P<0.05)。观察组患者血瘀症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。结论:经IVUS评估,丹蛭冰麝复方中药单体胶囊应用于PCI术后患者的临床疗效理想,安全可靠。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Danzhi Bingmusia compound capsule on restenosis after coronary intervention(PCI)by intravascular ultrasonography(IVUS).Methods:A total of 80 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to sample hospitals from February 2019 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Two groups in the perioperative period received conventional drug treatment,and observation group received Danzhi ice musk deer compound monomer capsule on the basis of control group.The efficacy,restenosis degree,improvement of blood stasis symptom and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After PCI,the main symptoms of angina pectoris,such as chest pain and chest tightness,disappeared in both groups,and ST-T indicated significant improvement or normal.The recurrence rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=9.038,P<0.05).6 months after operation,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).6 months after operation,the restenosis rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05).IVUS results showed that the minimum lumen area of the left main trunk in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.479,P<0.05).The improvement of blood stasis symptoms in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion:The IVUS results show that Danzhi and musk deer compound monomeric capsule is safe and effective in patients after PCI.
