冲击载荷下舱室波纹夹芯板隔振特性研究

摘要 为解决船舶航行过程中常见的夹芯板隔振效果不佳的问题,在冲击载荷下对船舶舱室波纹夹芯板的隔振特性进行分析。为保证研究效果,首先计算波纹夹芯结构等效冲击载荷参数,根据计算结果确定船舶在航行过程中夹芯板所受的环境应力隔振曲线,在此基础上,规范舱室波纹夹芯板隔振数值,从而实现对舱室波纹夹芯板隔振特性的分析和研究。实验结果表明,相对于传统方法来说,所提的冲击载荷下舱室波纹夹芯板隔振特性研究方法具有更高的有效性和安全性,充分满足研究要求。 In order to solve the problem of poor vibration isolation effect of sandwich board, the vibration isolation characteristics of corrugated sandwich board in ship cabin are analyzed under impact load. In order to ensure the study effect,first calculate the corrugated sandwich structure equivalent impact load parameters, according to the calculation results of ship sailing in sandwich board by environmental stress in the process of vibration isolation curve, on this basis, the vibration isolation numerical standard cabin corrugated sandwich board, corrugated sandwich board of cabin so as to realize the analysis and research of the vibration isolation characteristics. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, the proposed method has higher effectiveness and safety, and fully meets the research requirements.
