摘要
为了提高船用尾轴架轴系振动响应的速度,提出船用尾轴架轴系振动响应的频率控制方法。利用频率控制算法的寻优流程,完成船用尾轴架轴系振动响应的频率控制算法设计。根据频率控制输出电压值所在的区间,选择合适的控制脉冲,形成一个电压增益的循环周期,实现船用尾轴架轴系振动响应的频率控制。实验结果显示,提出的频率控制方法相比于传统控制方法,船用尾轴架轴系振动响应的频率控制速度快。
In order to improve the speed of vibration response of marine shafting, a frequency control method is proposed. Using the optimization process of frequency control algorithm, the design of frequency control algorithm for the vibration response of marine stern frame shafting is completed;according to the range of frequency control output voltage, the appropriate control pulse is selected to form a cycle period of voltage gain, and the frequency control of the vibration response of marine stern frame shafting is realized. The experimental results show that the proposed frequency control method is faster than the traditional control method.
