摘要 传统的舰船维修方法实时性差,在维修中耗费的时间与人力较多,为此设计一种基于虚拟现实技术的舰船维修方法。建立虚拟舰船维修环境模型,设定舰船零件与零件之间的装备约束条件,提高维修过程的实时性,采用虚拟现实技术全面采集舰船维修故障信息,按照可靠性理论计算舰船维修中各项设备的可靠度,确定舰船中每个设备的维修次序,以此完成基于虚拟现实技术的舰船维修。实验证明,此次设计的舰船维修方法比传统维修方法维修时间短,满足舰船维修的实时性需求。 The traditional ship maintenance method has poor real-time performance and consumes more time and manpower. Therefore, a ship maintenance method based on virtual reality technology is designed. Establish a virtual ship maintenance environment model, set ship equipment and equipment constraints between parts, improve the real-time nature of the maintenance process, use virtual reality technology to comprehensively collect ship maintenance fault information, and calculate ship maintenance in accordance with reliability theory The reliability of each equipment determines the maintenance order of each equipment in the ship, so as to complete the maintenance of the ship based on virtual reality technology. Experiments have proved that the ship maintenance method designed this time is shorter than the traditional maintenance method and meets the real-time requirements of ship maintenance.
