螺旋桨压力与舰船阻力之间的特性仿真分析

摘要 为解决螺旋桨旋转阻力对舰船行进速率造成的影响,针对舰船螺旋桨压力与舰船阻力之间的特性关系展开分析。以推力转矩指标为标准,确定伴流减额参量的实际数值条件,完成舰船螺旋桨的压力特性研究。在此基础上,按照裸船体所受的阻力影响,计算船舶行进的有效功率,再通过修正力学系数的方式,完成螺旋桨压力数值与舰船阻力间的特性分析。仿真实验结果表明,与传统阻力修正手段相比,应用压力特性分析方法后,WPI指标最大数值降低至53%,有效缓解了螺旋桨旋转阻力对舰船行进速率造成的抑制影响作用。 In order to solve the influence of propeller rotation resistance on ship speed, the characteristic relationship between propeller pressure and ship resistance is analyzed. Based on the thrust torque index, the actual numerical conditions of the wake reduction parameters are determined, and the pressure characteristics of the ship propeller are studied. On this basis, the effective power of the ship is calculated according to the influence of the resistance on the bare hull, and the characteristic analysis between the propeller pressure and the ship resistance is completed by modifying the mechanical coefficient. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional means of resistance correction, the maximum value of WPI index is reduced to 53% after applying the pressure characteristic analysis method, which effectively alleviates the inhibiting effect of propeller rotation resistance on the ship’s moving speed.
