计算机辅助舰船零部件设计研究

摘要 目前,常见的舰船零部件设计方法在对零部件的设计过程中,因所设计的零部件之间的契合度不高,导致最终的设计效果不佳。基于此,提出一种计算机辅助的舰船零部件设计方法。首先,分析舰船零部件结构,建立舰船零部件数据库。根据数据库中的数据,利用Auto CAD开展舰船零部件的绘制工作。最后,建立舰船零部件的三维参数化模型。与传统的舰船零部件设计方法作对比,实验结果表明,提出的计算机辅助的舰船零部件设计方法能够提高零部件之间的契合度,表明该方法具有更好的设计效果。 At present,the common design method of ship parts in the design process of ship parts,due to the low degree of fit between the designed parts,results in poor final design results.Based on this,a computer-aided design method for ship parts is proposed.First,the structure of ship parts is analyzed;second,a ship parts database is established;then,based on the database data,Auto CAD is used to develop ship parts;finally,a three-dimensional parametric model of ship parts is established,so far,the design of computer-aided design method of ship parts is completed.Through comparative experiments,compared with traditional ship parts design methods,the experimental results show that the proposed computer-aided ship parts design method can improve the fit between parts,indicating that the method has better design effects.
