摘要 由于受到大型船舶航行信号的干扰,导致传统检测系统存在准确率低的问题,设计一种新的大型船用泵电气故障自动检测系统。在传统硬件设备的基础上,引入红外检测装置,提高用泵电气故障数据采集的抗干扰能力,并调整硬件连接电路。在硬件支持下,实时采集大型船用泵电气的运行数据,并与设置的检测标准作对比,输出电气故障自动检测结果。通过系统测试得出结论:在干扰环境下,大型船用泵电气故障自动检测系统的检测准确率比传统系统高15%。 Due to the interference of the navigation signal of the large ship,the traditional detection system has the problem of low accuracy.A new automatic detection system for the electrical fault of the large marine pump is designed.On the basis of the traditional hardware equipment,the infrared detection device is introduced to improve the anti-interference ability of the electric fault data collection of the pump,and the hardware connection circuit is adjusted.With the support of hardware,real-time collection of electrical operation data of large-scale marine pump,and compared with the set detection standard,output the automatic detection results of electrical fault.Through the system test,it is concluded that under the interference environment,the detection accuracy of the automatic detection system for electrical fault of large marine pump is15%higher than that of the traditional system.
