舰船网络化电气传动干扰信号实时监测方法分析 被引量:2

Analysis of real-time monitoring method for interference signal of ship’s networked electric drive

摘要 在实际监测舰船电气传动装置干扰信号时,由于存在噪声干扰,导致现有监测方法得到干扰信号幅值数值过小,针对该问题,分析研究一种舰船网络化电气传动干扰信号实时监测方法。舰船电气传动设备建立非线性动力学方程,获取舰船电气传动设备干扰信号,计算该部分干扰信号的瞬时转速波动率,引入一个噪声抑制率评估参数,确定实时监控干扰信号参量,完成对电气传动干扰信号实时监测的分析研究。实验在舰船电气传动装置中加入8种不同频率的干扰信号,设定干扰信号的幅值为4 V,采用2种传统方法与文中设计的实时监测方法进行实验,结果表明:文中研究的实时监测方法得到干扰信号的平均数值为3.81 V,与设定的干扰幅值相差不大,监测效果最优。 In the actual monitoring of the interference signal of the marine electrical transmission device,due to the existence of noise interference,the amplitude value of the interference signal obtained by the existing monitoring method is too small.Aiming at this problem,this paper analyzes and studies a real-time monitoring method of the interference signal of the marine network electrical transmission.The nonlinear dynamic equation of ship electric drive equipment is established,the interference signal of ship electric drive equipment is obtained,the instantaneous speed fluctuation rate of the interference signal is calculated,a noise suppression rate evaluation parameter is introduced,the real-time monitoring interference signal parameter is determined,and the real-time monitoring analysis and research of the electrical drive interference signal is completed.In the experiment,eight kinds of interference signals with different frequencies are added to the marine electric drive device,and the amplitude of the interference signal is set as 4 V.Two traditional real-time monitoring methods and the realtime monitoring method designed in this paper are used in the experiment.The results show that the average value of the interference signal obtained by the real-time monitoring method studied in this paper is 3.81 V,which is not much different from the set interference amplitude,and the monitoring effect is the best.
