摘要
对于港口和内河航运监管部门来说,准确的估计航道内船舶的流量是一项非常重要的工作,可以为港口的交通管理、航道的规划提供数据依据,提高航运交通的安全性。本文重点介绍了船舶流量估计模型的不同维度,建立了船舶流量特征的分析模型,最后结合最优理论和小波神经网络算法设计了船舶理论估计的最优模型,并对该流量估计模型进行了仿真。
For the port and inland shipping regulatory departments, it is a very important work to accurately estimate the flow of ships in the channel, which can provide data basis for port traffic management and channel planning, and improve the safety of shipping traffic. This paper focuses on the different dimensions of the ship flow estimation model, establishes the analysis model of the ship flow characteristics. Finally, the optimal model of ship theoretical estimation is designed combining the optimal theory and wavelet neural network algorithm, and the model is simulated.
