摘要
船舶自动识别系统AIS中,船体MMSI编码、船体名称等符号的快速识别具有重要意义。本文针对船体符号的识别问题开发一种快速识别系统,该系统利用CCD摄像头采集船体的符号图像,然后利用图像处理算法和Matlab软件程序进行船体符号的精确识别。
In AIS,it is of great significance to quickly identify the symbols such as MMSI code and ship name.In this paper,a fast recognition system is developed for the recognition of hull symbols.The system uses CCD camera to collect the image of hull symbols,and then uses image processing algorithm and Matlab software program to accurately recognize the hull symbols.
