摘要
在船舶的制造过程中需要使用大量的焊接和冲压板材,传统的板材弯曲工艺效率低,且板材成型过程中含有裂纹、应力集中等缺陷,因此研究船用板材的新型弯曲成型技术有非常大的应用前景。本文的研究方向是船用板材的激光弯曲成型技术,通过分析激光弯曲成型的机理,利用有限元分析软件Ansys的热力学分析模块进行了数值仿真和模拟,在此基础上指导船用板材的激光弯曲成型工艺优化。
A large number of welding and stamping plates are needed in the process of ship manufacturing.The traditional plate bending process is inefficient,and there are cracks,stress concentration and other defects in the plate forming process.Therefore,the research on the new bending forming technology of ship plate has a great application prospect.The research direction of this paper is the laser bending forming technology of marine plate.By analyzing the mechanism of laser bending forming,the numerical simulation and simulation are carried out by using the thermodynamic analysis module of finite element analysis software Ansys.On this basis,the optimization of laser bending forming technology of marine plate is guided.
