摘要
传统船舶柴油机转速监测技术,存在瞬时转速监测误差过大的问题,导致船舶动力控制效果无法达到最佳值。因此,提出一种新的船舶柴油机瞬时转速监测技术。通过对船舶柴油机转速监测信号的优化计算,获得纯净的瞬时转速基础信号函数;根据基础信号函数,对瞬时转速监测信号特征进行提取;结合柴油机机械结构特征,将特征信号转换为监测模型,完成监测机制的更新,达到减小监测误差的目的。通过与历史3种监测技术的数据对比结果表明,提出的检测技术监测值更趋近于实际值,监测稳定性更好。
Traditional ship diesel engine speed monitoring technology has the problem of excessive instantaneous speed monitoring error.The ship power control effect failed to reach the best value.Therefore,a new instantaneous speed monitoring technology for ship diesel engine is proposed.Through optimization calculation of diesel speed monitoring signal,the pure instantaneous speed basic signal function,extracted according to the basic signal function,updating the monitoring mechanism to reduce the monitoring error.The data comparison with three historical monitoring techniques shows that the proposed monitoring value is getting closer to the actual value and has better monitoring stability.
