舰船速度变化检测的DIP控制器设计

摘要 使用基于声学多普勒海流剖面仪、DGPS接收机受到流向数据影响,存在舰船尾迹检测精准度不高的问题。为了解决该问题,提出舰船速度变化检测的DIP控制器设计。设计DIP控制器硬件结构,通过控制单元接收DIP拨码的操作数据,利用继电器实现设备开与关。设计DIP控制流程,匹配数据库预设值,匹配成功后由控制单元选择正确工作模式。通过控制DIP,当预设值匹配成功后,估算舰船尾迹长度船速。分析舰船尾迹长度、尾迹横波波长与行驶速度之间的线性关系,间接获取舰船行驶速度。由实验结果可知,该控制器与实际舰船尾迹长度一致,误差为0,具有精准检测舰船尾迹长度结果。 Due to the influence of flow direction data,the accuracy of ship wake detection is not high when using acoustic Doppler current profiler and DGPS receiver.To solve this problem,a DIP controller for ship speed change detection is proposed.The hardware structure of DIP controller is designed.The operation data of DIP dialing is received by the control unit,and the equipment is turned on and off by relay.Design the DIP control process,match the preset value of the database,and select the correct working mode by the control unit after successful matching.By controlling DIP,when the preset value matches successfully,the ship wake length and ship speed are estimated.The linear relationship between ship wake length,wake transverse wave wavelength and traveling speed is analyzed,and the traveling speed of ship is obtained indirectly.The experimental results show that the controller is consistent with the actual ship wake length,with an error of 0,and can accurately detect the ship wake length.
