船舶外壳材料成型三维仿真研究

摘要 常规船舶外壳材料成型三维模拟过程,无视船舶外壳材料的导流性能,导致仿真图像密度矢量较低,因此,提出船舶外壳材料成型的三维仿真研究。计算PVC金属导流成型范围内的描述误差,确定弧形三维外壳构件参数,利用参数搭建仿真层级体系,建立三维实体CAD等效仿真模型,对仿真模型结构进行多层化处理后,通过Visual-mesh软件对材料成型后的三维结构进行有限元网格化处理,结合多点匀时拟合成型技术,描述出船舶外壳材料成型图像,以此实现三维仿真过程。最终的实验结果表明:设计方法与2种常规方法进行比较,仿真图像密度矢量均高于常规方法。 The conventional 3D simulation process of ship shell material molding ignores the conductivity of ship shell material,resulting in low simulation image density vector.Therefore,the 3D simulation research of ship shell material molding is proposed.Calculate the description error within the range of PVC metal diversion molding,determine the parameters of arc 3D shell components,use the parameters to build the simulation hierarchy,establish the three-dimensional solid CAD equivalent simulation model,multi-layer process the structure of the simulation model,and carry out the finite element meshing process for the 3D structure formed by the material through visual mesh software,Combined with multi-point uniform time quasi synthetic technology,the forming image of ship shell material is described,so as to realize the 3D simulation process.The final experimental results show that compared with the two conventional methods,the simulation image density vector is higher than the conventional method.
