基于OpenCV计算机视觉的海事视频船舶火灾烟雾检测技术 被引量:14

摘要 船舶火灾事故不仅会造成船舶自身严重的经济损失,在航线交通流密集的区域,火灾事故还可能导致连锁反应,发生更严重的船舶碰撞、火灾事故。因此,有必要针对船舶的火灾监控技术进行研究。本文的研究方向是海事监管采集的船舶视频、图像信息分析,从这些视频、图像数据中进行船舶火灾烟雾的检测。本文基于OpenCV和计算机视觉技术,详细介绍了船舶视频、图像的火灾烟雾检测和识别原理,有重要的应用价值。 Ship fire accident will not only cause serious economic losses of the ship itself,but also lead to chain reaction and more serious ship collision and fire accidents in the area with dense route traffic flow.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ship fire monitoring technology.The research direction of this paper is the analysis of ship video and image information collected by maritime supervision,and the detection of ship fire smoke from these video and image data.Based on OpenCV and computer vision technology,this paper introduces the principle of fire smoke detection and recognition of ship video and image in detail,which has important application value.
