摘要
近年来海上航运业的发展极大地促进了船舶制造业的发展,同时也加剧了船舶制造企业之间的竞争。船舶企业为了在竞争中获胜,必须要降低船舶设计与制造成本,缩短产品的生产周期。由于船舶是一个复杂的大型工业产品,其零部件数量众多,因此,船舶的供应链也较为复杂。本文研究的主要内容是船舶设计与制造过程中供应链的信息管理系统,结合当前船舶制造企业存在的问题,基于传统的供应链管理模型开发了一种信息管理系统。
In recent years,the development of the marine shipping industry has greatly promoted the development of the shipbuilding industry,but also intensified the competition among the shipbuilding enterprises.In order to win in the competition,the shipbuilding enterprises must reduce the cost of ship design and manufacturing and shorten the production cycle.Because ship is a complex large-scale industrial product with a large number of spare parts,the supply chain of ship is also complex.The main content of this paper is the information management system of supply chain in the process of ship design and manufacturing.Based on the problems of current ship manufacturing enterprises,this paper develops an information management system based on the traditional supply chain management model.
