摘要
船舶能耗是指船舶在实际运行过程中,由于动力推进系统,电力系统以及锅炉系统的运行,造成的能源消耗。船舶能耗数据的采集,能提高船舶的能源利用率,降低运营成本。传统的船舶能耗数据采集主要是借助各类硬件传感器,随着物联网与通信技术的不断发展,船舶能耗数据的在线监测系统成为了研究的热点。本文基于虚拟仪器Labview平台,开发一种船舶能耗的数据采集与传输系统,详细介绍了该系统的工作原理以及船舶能耗数据采集流程。
ship energy consumption refers to the energy consumption caused by the operation of power propulsion system,power system and boiler system during the actual operation of the ship.The collection of ship energy consumption data can improve the utilization rate of ship energy and reduce the operation cost.With the development of Internet of things and communication technology,the online monitoring system of ship energy consumption data has become a research hotspot.Based on the virtual instrument Labview platform,this paper develops a data acquisition and transmission system of ship energy consumption,and introduces the working principle of the system and the data acquisition process of ship energy consumption in detail.
