摘要
目的探讨肺阴不足型干眼的中西医治疗方法。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月本院收治的116例肺阴不足型干眼患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组58例。其中,对照组采取常规西药治疗方式,观察组给予清热养阴方中药超声雾化联合人工泪液治疗方式。结果观察组的视物疲劳积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的眼干涩积分降低(P<0.05)。两组患者在减轻异物感方面差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的BUT值显著增加(P<0.05),有效改善了泪膜稳定性。观察组的SIT值增加明显(P<0.05),有效促进了泪液分泌。两组患者IL-8指标与TNF-α指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺阴不足型干眼患者治疗中,清热养阴方等中西医联合用药的效果良好,患者临床症状改善明显。
Objective To explore the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods for dry eye with insufficient lung yin.Methods A total of 116 patients with pulmonary yin deficiency type dry eye admitted between January 2020 and December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group was given the treatment of clearing heat and nourishing yin formula with traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization combined with artificial tears.Results The visual fatigue score of the observation group decreased significantly,with a significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the dryness score of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The difference in reducing foreign body sensation between the two groups of patients was significant(P<0.05).The BUT value of the observation group significantly increased,with a significant difference(P<0.05),effectively improving tear film stability.The SIT value of the observation group increased significantly with statistical significance(P<0.05),effectively promoting tear secretion.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in IL-8 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups of patients.Conclusion In the treatment of dry eye patients with insufficient lung yin,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine such as clearing heat and nourishing yin formula has a good effect,and the clinical symptoms of patients are significantly improved.
