本文深讨了建筑工程施工技术的发展趋势及面临的挑战与对策。文章首先分析了数字化转型如何通过BIM、大数据、云计算等技术提升工程管理效率;随后阐述了绿色施工在减少能耗、保护环境方面的重要性;并探讨了智能化施工装备在提升施工效率与安全性方面的潜力。最后,针对技术创新与人才培养、法规政策与标准制定等挑战,提出了相应的对策与建议。
This paper explores the development trends of construction technology in building engineering and the challenges and countermeasures faced.The article first analyzes how digital transformation,through technologies such as BIM(Building Information Modeling),big data,and cloud computing,enhances engineering management efficiency.It then discusses the importance of green construction in reducing energy consumption and protecting the environment.The potential of intelligent construction equipment to improve construction efficiency and safety is also examined.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for challenges related to technological innovation,talent cultivation,regulatory policies,and standard-setting.
