茂金属催化混合癸烯选择性低聚制备润滑油基础油 被引量:2

Lubricant base oil prepared by selective oligomerization of mixed decene with metallocene catalysts

摘要 采用几种不同结构的茂金属化合物催化混合癸烯低聚制备了聚α-烯烃(PAO),利用GC,NMR等方法考察了不同茂金属化合物的聚合活性及PAO的性能。实验结果表明,具有最佳催化性能的为限制几何构型的茂金属化合物N,将其用于催化混合癸烯聚合,其中的1-辛烯、1-癸烯、5-甲基-1-壬烯、4-乙基-1-辛烯组分发生高选择性低聚转化,转化率均超过95%,产物PAO的运动黏度(100℃)为50.42 mm^(2)/s,倾点与市售PAO相当。混合癸烯原料中空间位阻较小、烯烃双键位于端位、取代基远离双键的烯烃组分可进行配位插入,插入方式主要为1,2-插入,再经β-H消除获得PAO。 Several metallocene compounds with different structures were used to catalyze the oligomerization of mixed decene to prepare polyα-olefins(PAO).The oligomerization activity of different metallocene compounds and the performance of PAO were investigated by GC,NMR,and other methods.The experimental results show that the metallocene compound N with a constrained geometry has the best catalytic performance.In the oligomerization process of mixed decene catalyzed by the metallocene compound N,the components of 1-octene,1-decene,5-methyl-1-nonene,and 4-ethyl-1-octene undergo highly selective oligomerization,with a conversion all exceeding 95%.The kinematic viscosity of the product PAO(100℃)is 50.42 mm^(2)/s,with a pour point comparable to that of the commercial PAO.In the mixed decene,the components with small steric hindrance,terminal double bond,and substituents far away from the double bond can conduct coordination insertion.The main insertion mode is 1,2-insertion,and then PAO is obtained byβ-H elimination.
