摘要
聚焦高校图书馆知识产权服务中心的内在价值,通过系统化资源整合与效能提升策略研究,构建适应知识经济时代需求的创新型服务体系,为图书馆深化知识创新服务、促进跨学科协同发展提供理论支撑与实践路径。基于高校图书馆知识产权服务的现实困境与潜在机遇,提炼出“技术赋能一顶层设计一需求驱动”的资源整合新框架,提出优化资源整合、强化人才培养、注重质量评估的效能提升策略。
Focusing on the intrinsic value of intellectual property service centers in university libraries,through systematic research on resource integration and efficiency enhancement strategies,it aims to construct an innovative service system that meets the demands of the knowledge economy era,providing both theoretical support and practical pathways for libraries to deepen knowledge innovation services and promote interdisciplinary collaborative development..Based on the current challenges and potential opportunities of intellectual property services in university libraries,this paper proposes a novel"Technology Empowerment-Top-Level Design-Demand Driven"resource integration framework.Furthermore,it presents efficiency enhancement strategies including optimized resource integration,strengthened talent cultivation,and quality-focused evaluation mechanisms.
