摘要
数据文化建设是图书馆适应数字时代、推动创新发展的迫切需求和必然选择。文章阐述数据文化的内涵、维度和治理路径,从数据标准化、数据治理、数据质量、数据安全、数据开放、数据素养等方面,提出图书馆数据文化建设的策略。以此为基础,分析数据文化驱动下的图书馆服务创新路径,并阐述数据文化建设助推图书馆高质量发展的路径和愿景,强调要以数据思维引领重塑图书馆发展理念、数据生态构建打造图书馆发展新格局、数据融合创新拓展图书馆服务新边界。
The cultivation of data culture represents both an urgent requirement and inevitable choice for libraries to adapt to the digital era and drive innovative development.This paper elucidates the connotation,dimensions,and governance pathways of data culture,proposing strategic approaches for library data culture development across six key aspects:data standardization,data governance,data quality,data security,data openness,and data literacy.Building upon this foundation,the study analyzes service innovation pathways driven by data culture,while articulating the vision for how data culture development can facilitate high-quality advancement in libraries.The research emphasizes three transformative directions:reshaping library development concepts through data thinking,constructing new developmental paradigms via data ecosystems,and expanding service boundaries through data convergence and innovation.
