摘要
当下社会正在加速向数字化转型,数字素养已经成为社会公众的基本生存技能和必备素养。提高我国农村居民数字素养能够有效弥合城乡数字鸿沟,推动数字化乡村建设进程,为乡村振兴注入现代化动力。本研究从分析农村居民面临的数字素养提升困境与挑战出发,结合第十四届“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛的参赛项目“数字乡村小课堂”的策划与研究,从加强基础设施建设和资金投入、加强政策引导和社会力量支持、精准了解农村居民数字素养提升需求以及发挥公共图书馆在农村居民数字素养教育工作中的作用等方面提出针对农村居民的数字素养提升策略。
As society accelerates its digital transformation,digital literacy has become an essential survival skill and fundamental competency for the public.Enhancing the digital literacy of Chinas rural residents can effectively bridge the urban-rural digital divide,accelerate the development of digital villages,and inject modern momentum into rural revitalization.This study begins by analyzing the challenges and obstacles rural residents face in improving their digital literacy.Building upon the planning and research of the"Digital Village Classroom"project,which participated in the 14th"Challenge Cup"National College Student Business Plan Competition,the study proposes targeted strategies to enhance rural residents'digital literacy.These strategies include:strengthening infrastructure development and financial investment,enhancing policy guidance and social support,accurately identifying rural residents'digital literacy needs,and leveraging the role of public libraries in digital literacy education for rural communities.
