摘要
针对油套管特殊螺纹接头锥面/锥面、球面/锥面这两种最常见的密封结构,建立了有限元模型,并根据评价标准对接头施加了所有可能的载荷工况,用密封强度指标定量地评价了这两种结构的密封性能,并对比了两种结构在上扣工况下的抗粘扣性能,最后进行了试验验证。结果表明:在台肩、螺纹形状、钢级、规格等条件相同时,球面/锥面结构的密封性能、抗粘扣性能均优于锥面/锥面结构。尽管锥面/锥面和球面/锥面两种密封结构都可以满足密封判据和试验标准的要求,但球面/锥面结构更有优势。
Finite element models are established for two most common premium threaded connection seal structures,namely,taper/taper seal and sphere/taper seal.According to the evaluation standard,all possible operating conditions were applied to the connections.The seal performance of the two structures was evaluated quantitatively with the seal intensity index.Anti-gluing performance of the two structures under the makeup condition was compared too.Finally,the experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the seal performance and anti-gluing performance of the spherical/taper structure are better than those of the taper/taper structure when the shoulder,thread shape,steel grade are same.Although taper/taper and spherical/taper seal structures can meet the requirements of seal criteria and test standards,spherical/taper structures have more advantages.
