摘要
以某高水头检修闸门的柱塞式充水阀为研究对象,利用Fluent软件建立数值仿真模型,采用重力驱动的瞬态分析方法,通过VOF法追踪流体界面,模拟充水阀出口水流流态,绘制充水阀下游流体流场的速度矢量云图、水体体积分数云图以及充水阀出口监控点S1处的压力时程曲线和速度时程曲线,从水力学角度剖析了充水阀的出口高程对流体流场的影响。结果表明:充水阀出口高程越低,阀后水流流态越快达到稳定;充水阀出口高程过高,出口高速水流可能会长时间且多次封堵通气孔,严重影响气流的排出,导致流场紊乱、能量消耗大且漩涡结构得不到消散。研究成果可为国内外高水头检修闸门充水阀的布置提供参考依据。
Taking the plunger type water filling valve of a certain high head maintenance gate as the research object,using Fluent software to establish a numerical simulation area by using gravity driven transient analysis method and tracking the fluid interface through VOF method,simulating the flow state of the water outlet of the water filling valve,and drawing the velocity vector cloud map,water volume fraction cloud map,as well as the pressure and velocity time history curves of the monitoring point S1 at the outlet of the water filling valve.The influence of the outlet elevation of the water filling valve on the fluid flow field was analyzed from a hydraulic perspective.The results showed that the lower the outlet elevation of the water filling valve,the faster the flow state of the water flow behind the valve reached stability;If the outlet elevation of the water filling valve is too high,the high-speed water flow at the outlet may block the ventilation holes for a long time and multiple times,seriously affecting the discharge of airflow,resulting in flow field turbulence,high energy consumption,and the inability to dissipate the vortex structure.This research result provides a reference basis for the arrangement of filling valves for high head maintenance gates at home and abroad.
