摘要
在政校企联动的背景下,本文基于浙江广厦建设职业技术大学软件工程技术专业的教学实践,系统探讨了高职院校学生实践能力评价改革。通过分析现状、明确改革内容、阐述实现途径、展示改革成效,构建了一个适应产业发展需求、促进学生全面发展的实践能力评价体系。改革后,学生实践技能测试能力和企业满意度均得到有效提升,华为云开发者认证通过率为86%,就业率达到95.3%,显著推动了产教融合,实现教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接,为同类院校提供了可借鉴的案例。
Under the background of government-school-enterprise linkage,this paper systematically examines the reform of the practical ability evaluation system for students majoring in software engineering technology at Zhejiang Guangsha Vocational and Technical University of Construction.By analyzing the current situation,clarifying the content of the reform,elaborating on the implementation approaches,and demonstrating the reform achievements,this paper aims to construct a practical ability evaluation system that meets the needs of industrial development and promotes the comprehensive development of students.After the reform,students'practical skills testing ability and enterprise satisfaction have been effectively improved,with a Huawei Cloud developer certification pass rate of 86%and an employment rate of 95.3%,effectively promoting the integration of industry and education,and realize the organic connection between education chain,talent chain and industrial chain,innovation chain,providing a reference case for similar institutions.
