电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定不同品种御米油中无机元素的含量

Determination of Inorganic Elements in Different Varieties of Poppy Seed Oil by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定3种御米油(黄籽、白籽、蓝籽)中Be、Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、Ga、Se、Rb、Sr、Ba、Pb这19种无机元素的组成、含量,及3个品种间的差异。结果表明,19种无机元素线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.9990。3种御米油中19种无机元素的含量各有差异,含量较为丰富的元素有Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Fe和Zn。人体必需微量元素有6种,分别是Fe、Zn、Se、Cu、Cr和Co,且含量较高,可作为一种新型的健康食用油。通过对比各品种御米油无机元素指纹图谱,发现不同品种御米油具有一定的一致性和特异性。本研究为利用元素特征对御米油进行品种区分提供了方法支持,为御米油资源的进一步开发利用提供了简便、有效的技术支持。 The composition and content of 19 inorganic elements,Be,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Cu,Zn,Ga,Se,Rb,Sr,Ba and Pb,in three kinds of poppy seed oil(yellow seed,white seed and blue seed)were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear relationship of 19 inorganic elements was good,and the correlation coefficient(r)was greater than 0.9990.The contents of 19 kinds of inorganic elements in the three kinds of poppy seed oil were different,and the more abundant elements were Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Fe and Zn.There are 6 kinds of essential trace elements for human body,which are Fe,Zn,Se,Cu,Cr and Co,and the content is high,which can be used as a new type of healthy edible oil.By comparing the fingerprint of inorganic elements of different varieties of poppy seed oil,it was found that different varieties of poppy seed oil had certain consistency and specificity.This study provides method support for the variety differentiation of poppy seed oil by using the element characteristics,and provides simple and effective technical support for the further development and utilization of poppy seed oil resources.
