摘要
目的:为满足香辛料中铅元素检测需求,研制花椒中铅分析标准样品。方法:以干花椒为原料,通过粉碎、干燥、筛分、混匀、分装以及辐照等工艺制备样品,并采用多家实验室协作定值的方式为标准样品赋值。结果:该标准样品经过均匀性和稳定性检验,进行多实验室联合定值,确定标准值为1.46 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:该标准样品的均匀性检验合格,稳定性较好,满足设计要求。
Objective:To meet the requirement of lead detection in spices,a standard sample for lead analysis in Chinese prickly ash was developed.Method:Dried Chinese prickly ash was used as raw material to prepare the samples by grinding,drying,screening,mixing,packaging and irradiation,and the standard samples were assigned with the method of collaborative value setting by several laboratories.Result:The standard sample was tested for uniformity and stability,and the standard value was determined to be 1.46 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The uniformity test of the standard sample is qualified,the stability is good,and it can meet the design requirements.
