摘要
随着国家粮食安全和高质量发展战略的实施,济南黄河大米特色品牌建设迎来了历史性发展机遇,但作为国家地理标志产品,其市场售价远远低于五常大米、宁夏珍珠米等,品牌溢价能力明显不足。本研究聚焦济南黄河大米品牌发展现状,分析济南黄河大米品牌建设中存在的问题,并提出相关建议,旨在为北方大米产区品牌升级提供参考。
With the implementation of the national food security and high-quality development strategy,the construction of the characteristic brand of Jinan Yellow River rice has ushered in a historic development opportunity,but as a national geographical indication product,its market price is far less than Wuchang rice,Ningxia pearl rice,etc.,and the brand premium ability is obviously insufficient.This study focused on the current situation of rice brand development in Jinan Yellow River,analyzed the problems existing in the construction of Jinan Yellow River rice brand,and put forward relevant suggestions,aiming at providing references for brand upgrading in northern rice producing areas.
