摘要
数字经济时代,数字化转型与企业创新的协同发展已成为推动制造业企业高质量发展的关键动力。本文基于2015—2021年1217家制造业企业的面板数据,从理论分析与实证检验双重视角,深入探究数字化转型对企业创新的影响机制及其边界条件。研究结果表明,数字化转型能够显著提升企业的创新投入强度与创新产出效率,这一结论在经过工具变量法、倾向得分匹配等一系列内生性处理及稳健性检验后依然成立。机制检验发现,数字化转型主要通过优化供应链结构和提升人力资本质量两条路径促进企业创新。异质性分析发现,数字化转型对企业创新的驱动效应在内部控制质量较高的企业、技术密集型行业企业以及位于创新引领型城市的企业更明显。
In the digital context,the coordinated development of digital transformation and enterprise innovation has become a powerful engine for the development of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this paper uses the data of 1217 manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2021 to analyze the impact mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise innovation from both theoretical and empirical aspects.The results show that digital transformation can significantly improve the innovation input and innovation output of enterprises,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of endogenous and robustness tests.The mechanism test finds that digital transformation can promote enterprise innovation by reducing supply chain concentration and improving labor quality.The heterogeneity test finds that the driving effect of digital transformation on enterprise innovation is more obvious for enterprises with high internal control quality,enterprises in technology-intensive industries,and enterprises located in innovation-led cities.This conclusion is of great practical significance for enterprises to realize digital transformation,improve their innovation capabilities,and enhance their market competitiveness.
