摘要
铸棒均匀化处理是铝合金挤压生产过程中非常重要的一道工序。其对合金挤压性能、产品表面质量、力学性能以及后续产品的氧化性能、加工性能均具有重要的影响。实际生产中,由于均匀化热处理炉设备突发故障,铸棒均匀化发生异常,这可能对后续的挤压生产造成潜在的风险,但若直接对一炉铸棒进行报废处理,又会带来较高的成本负担和资源浪费。对异常均匀化铸棒重新均匀化处理后,对其电导率和组织进行了分析,并通过挤压试验探究其对力学性能的影响程度,为后续异常均匀化铸棒的处理提供参考依据。
Casting rod homogenization treatmet is a very important process in aluminium alloy extrusion production,which has an important effect on alloy extrusion properties,product surface quality,mechanical property,oxidation property and processability of subsequent products.In actual production,due to the sudden failure of the equipment of the homogenization heat treatment furnace,the abnormal homogenization of cast rods may cause potential risks to the subsequent extrusion production,but it will bring high cost burden and waste of resources if cast rods in the furnace is scrapped directly.After the re-homogenization treatment of the abnormally homogenized cast rods,their electrical conductivity and microstructure were analyzed,and the influence of the cast rods on mechanical property was investigated through extrusion test,which provided a reference for the subsequent treatment of the abnormally homogenized cast rods.
