摘要
目的 探讨针灸联合腰背肌康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)患者的影响。方法 选取2023年1—12月广东省河源市深河人民医院康复科就诊的84例LDH患者为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=42,腰背肌康复训练)与干预组(n=42,针灸+腰背肌康复训练)。比较两组中医证候积分、腰椎功能评分、腰椎活动度及日常生活能力评分。结果 干预后,与对照组相比,干预组腰膝酸软、神疲乏力、腰腿疼痛积分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,干预组Oswestry功能障碍指数为(12.37±2.36)分,低于对照组的(18.14±3.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.310,P<0.05)。干预后,与对照组相比,干预组腰椎前屈、后伸、侧屈、旋转角度及Barthel指数更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 针灸联合腰背肌康复训练可有效缓解LDH的临床症状,促进患者腰椎功能与腰椎活动度恢复,还可提升患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with low back muscle rehabilitation training on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods From January to December 2023,a total of 84patients with LDH who were treated in the Department of Rehabilitation of Shenhe People's Hospital of Heyuan were selected as the research objects,who were divided into control group(n=42,low back muscle rehabilitation training) and intervention group(n=42,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture+low back muscle rehabilitation training) according to different treatment methods.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome syndrome score,lumbar function score,lumbar mobility and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of soreness and weakness of waist and knees,lassitude and pain of waist and legs in the intervention group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the Oswestry Disability Index of the intervention group was(12.37±2.36) points,which was lower than that of the control group(18.14±3.25) points,and the difference was statistically significant(t= 9.310,P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the lumbar flexion,extension,lateral flexion,rotation angle and Barthel index of the intervention group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with low back muscle rehabilitation training for LDH patients can effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of lumbar function and lumbar mobility,and improve the daily living ability of patients.
