摘要
新质生产力正推动公立医院高质量发展,以科技创新为核心,融合人工智能、大数据等技术,提升医疗服务质量与效率。通过管理效能提升、学科建设与人才培养加强,以及政策导向与社会责任履行,公立医院逐步实现服务模式转变,从治病为中心向健康管理为中心迈进。实践案例表明,新质生产力显著提高了诊疗水平、服务效率与患者满意度,为公立医院未来发展提供了新路径。
New quality productive forces are driving the high-quality development of public hospitals by integrating technological innovation with artificial intelligence,big data,and other technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.Through enhanced management effectiveness,strengthened discipline development and talent cultivation,along with policy guidance and fulfillment of social responsibility,public hospitals are transitioning their service models from treatment-centered to health management-centered.Case studies demonstrate that new quality productive forces significantly improve diagnosis and treatment levels,service efficiency,and patient satisfaction,offering new pathways for the future development of public hospitals.
