摘要
水资源配置工程的管道材料选择在工程的耐久性和经济性方面起着至关重要的作用。本文以环北部湾广东水资源配置工程为例,系统研究了钢管和预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在耐久性和经济性方面的表现。首先,从技术角度分析了钢管和PCCP管道的力学性能、抗腐蚀特性和使用寿命。接着,通过实际案例分析两种材料在高腐蚀性环境中的应用效果,评估其全生命周期成本。研究表明,PCCP管道在耐腐蚀性和维护成本方面显著优于钢管,尤其适用于高压和腐蚀性较强的环境。最后,本文提出了优化管道材料选择的建议,以提高工程的整体效益和安全性。研究结果不仅为环北部湾广东水资源配置工程的管道材料选择提供了科学依据,也为类似工程的设计和施工提供了参考。
The selection of pipeline materials in water resource allocation engineering plays a crucial role in the durability and economy of the project.This article takes the Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project in the Beibu Gulf as an example to systematically study the durability and economic performance of steel pipes and prestressed concrete cylinder pipes(PCCP).Firstly,the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and service life of steel pipes and PCCP pipelines were analyzed from a technical perspective.Next,the application effects of the two materials in highly corrosive environments are analyzed through practical cases and their full lifecycle costs are evaluated.Research has shown that PCCP pipelines are significantly better than steel pipes in terms of corrosion resistance and maintenance costs,especially suitable for high-pressure and highly corrosive environments.Finally,this article proposes suggestions for optimizing the selection of pipeline materials to improve the overall efficiency and safety of the project.The research results not only provide scientific basis for the selection of pipeline materials for the Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project around the Beibu Gulf,but also provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
