摘要
目的:探讨地塞米松冠周局部注射对下颌阻生牙拔除术患者张口受限及肿胀程度的影响。方法:依据随机分组原则将2022年10月至2023年10月在本院进行下颌阻生牙拔除术的78例患者分为对照和观察两组,每组各39例;对照组患者予以地塞米松片,观察组患者冠周局部注射地塞米松;对比两组患者的张口受限及肿胀程度、疼痛程度和炎性因子水平。结果:观察组张口受限及肿胀程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),观察组炎性因子水平(IL-6、IL-1β)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松冠周局部注射在下颌阻生牙拔除术后能够显著减轻患者的张口受限和肿胀程度,降低疼痛程度,且能有效降低炎性因子水平,可作为一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the impact of local injection of dexamethasone around the crown on mouth opening restriction and swelling in patients undergoing mandibular impacted tooth extraction.Methods:From October 2022 to October 2023,78 patients who underwent mandibular impacted tooth extraction in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were administered dexamethasone tablets,while those in the observation group received local injection of dexamethasone around the crown.The degree of mouth opening restriction,swelling,pain intensity,and levels of inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited lower degrees of mouth opening restriction and swelling compared to the control group(P<0.05).The pain intensity was also less severe in the observation group(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of inflammatory cytokines(IL-6,IL-1β)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local injection of dexamethasone around the crown after mandibular impacted tooth extraction can significantly alleviate mouth opening restriction,swelling,and pain intensity,and effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines.It can be considered as a safe and effective treatment method.
