摘要
目的:探讨大黄芒硝中药封包干预在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6—12月六盘水市妇幼保健院行剖宫产术的100例产妇。随机分为两组,各50例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组加用大黄芒硝中药封包干预。比较两组切口疼痛、肿胀程度、切口愈合情况、切口恢复时间、舒适度及炎症水平。结果:观察组干预后疼痛评分、肿胀程度评分低于对照组,切口愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口红肿消退、硬结消退及切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后简化舒适状况量表评分各维度及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后炎症水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄芒硝中药封包可加快剖宫产术后产妇切口愈合,减轻切口疼痛、肿胀,降低炎症水平,提高产妇舒适度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation intervention of rhubarb mirabilite in parturients after cesarean section.Method:A total of 100 women who underwent cesarean section in Liupanshui City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June to December 2023 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group was added with Chinese medicine encapsulation intervention of rhubarb mirabilite.The incision pain,swelling degree,incision healing status,incision recovery time,comfort level,and inflammation level were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the pain score and swelling degree score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the incision healing was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of redness,induration and incision healing in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score dimensions and total scores of the simplified comfort status scale after intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammation level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medicine encapsulation intervention of rhubarb mirabilite can accelerate maternal incision healing,reduce incision pain and swelling,reduce inflammation level,and improve maternal comfort.
