摘要
随着当前对针刺研究的深入,如何对针刺疗法的疗效做出正确的评价十分重要。《黄帝内经》中记载“刺之要,气至而有效”,故气至是针刺取效的关键。将得气和针感笼统地等同于“气至”是对原文本义的曲解,九针之“气至”应该从脉诊和经络诊察两方面来进行评判方为《黄帝内经》之本义。本研究从“气至而有效”涵义考释、针刺疗法的疗效评价体系及基于“气至”的针刺运用现状三方面试述“刺之要,气至而有效”的内涵。
With the deepening of the current research on acupuncture,it is crucial to accurately evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture therapy.The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon states,‘The key to acupuncture lies in the arrival of Qi for it to be effective’,emphasizing that the arrival of Qi is essential for the therapeutic effects of acupuncture.Equating Deqi and needle sensation simplistically with the arrival of Qi misinterprets the original meaning of the text.The‘the arrival of Qi’in the context of nine needles should be assessed in terms of pulse diagnosis and meridian examination,aligning with the fundamental principles of the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon.This study explores‘effectiveness achieved when Qi arrives’by discussing its interpretation,the evaluation system of acupuncture efficacy,and the current application of acupuncture based on the concept of‘arrival of Qi’.
