摘要
针对毫米波铁氧体器件传统的微带测试夹具存在接触不良而导致的测试准确性、一致性差的问题,提出将微波同轴探针用于铁氧体隔离器性能测试。首先设计并制作了一款基于微波同轴探针测试的射频地-射频信号-射频地(Ground-Signal-Ground,GSG)形式的27~31 GHz毫米波铁氧体隔离器,然后采用微波同轴探针测试系统对铁氧体隔离器进行电性能测试。在27~31 GHz频段内,隔离器的电压驻波比均≤1.13、隔离度均≥19.5 dB、插入损耗均≤0.82 dB,且多次测试具有较好的准确性和一致性,证明微波同轴探针用于毫米波铁氧体隔离器性能测试有效、可行。
Aiming at the problems of poor contact and poor testing accuracy and consistency caused by traditional microstrip testing fixtures for millimeter wave ferrite devices,it is proposed to use microwave coaxial probes for performance testing of ferrite isolators.First,designed and manufactured a GSG port type millimeter wave ferrite based on microwave coaxial probe testing.Then,the electrical performance of ferrite isolators is tested using a microwave coaxial probe testing system.The isolators achieves VSWR≤1.13,isolation≥19.5 dB,insertion loss≤0.82 dB in the range of 27 GHz to 31 GHz,and multiple tests have good accuracy and good consistency.It proves the effectiveness and feasibility using microwave coaxial probes for performance testing of millimeter wave ferrite isolators.
