摘要
膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种以关节软骨退化、滑膜炎症和疼痛为主要特征的退行性关节病。研究表明,p38 MAPK信号通路通过调节炎症反应和抑制软骨细胞外基质降解,在KOA病理过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了p38 MAPK信号通路的特点,并探讨了中药单体和复方通过调控该通路在KOA治疗中的机制和效果,为KOA的临床治疗与研究提供参考。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a degenerative joint disease characterized by cartilage degradation,synovial inflammation,and pain.Studies have shown that p38 MAPK signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathological process of KOA by regulating inflammatory response and inhibiting chondrocyte extracellular matrix degradation.In this paper,the characteristics of p38 MAPK signaling pathway are reviewed,to provide references for the clinical treatment and research of KOA.
