摘要
协调乡村振兴实践中的利益冲突、铸牢乡村振兴实践中的意识防线以及助力乡村振兴实践中的人才建设共同构成思想政治工作赋能内江乡村振兴的价值意蕴。思想政治工作赋能内江乡村振兴不仅有利于强化乡村振兴思想引领、优化乡村振兴文化环境,还能营造乡村振兴舆论环境。思想政治工作赋能内江乡村振兴的实践过程中,必须坚持党对乡村振兴中思想政治工作的全面领导,夯实基层组织;培育专业精干的思想政治工作队伍,重视专业水平;提高思想政治工作对象的融入度,汇聚建设合力。
Coordinating conflicts of interest in the practice of rural revitalization,building a strong ideological line of defense in the practice of rural revitalization,and assisting in the construction of talents in the practice of rural revitalization together constitute the value connotation of ideological and political work to empower rural revitalization in Neijiang.Ideological and political work empowers rural revitalization in Neijiang not only helps strengthen the ideological guidance of rural revitalization and optimize the cultural environment for rural revitalization,but also creates a public opinion environment for rural revitalization.In the practical process of ideological and political work empowering rural revitalization in Neijiang,we must adhere to the party's overall leadership over ideological and political work in rural revitalization and consolidate primary-level organizations;cultivate a professional and capable ideological and political work team and attach importance to professional level;and improve the integration of ideological and political work objects to gather joint efforts for construction.
