摘要 失语症是由于大脑语言中枢受损而引起的后天获得性语言障碍,对患者的生活和交流造成了严重影响。论文通过机器学习构建失语症智能计算机系统、脑机接口言语想象提取音位特征、自然语言处理辅助失语症表达及理解脑语言功能区神经机制三个方面的阐述,展现人工智能技术在失语症诊治中的重要作用。希望能为该领域的学术研究和临床实践提供参考。 Aphasia is an acquired language disorder resulting from damage to the brain′s language centers,which severely impairs patients′ability to communicate and impacts their daily lives.This paper reviews the latest advances in applying artificial intelligence(AI)technologies to the diagnosis and treatment of aphasia.Specifically,it discusses three key areas:(1)the development of intelligent computer systems for aphasia management using machine learning;(2)the utilization of brain-machine interface techniques to extract phonemic features from speech imagery;and(3)the application of natural language processing to facilitate language expression and comprehension,along with investigations into the neural mechanisms of language function.This review underscores the significant role of AI in managing aphasia and aims to provide valuable insights for both academic research and clinical practice.
